Synergistic International LLC d/b/a Glass Doctor® and its affiliates (collectively "Glass Doctor®", "us" or "we") provide users of our website(s) with information and resources through our websites, as amended from time to time and currently found at http://www.glassdoctor.com (individually, a "Site" and collectively, the "Sites"). This Terms of Use Agreement (the "Agreement") governs your use of the Sites. Please read carefully all of these terms and conditions, including the related Privacy Policy and User Content Terms and Conditions. Who We Are

Glass Doctor® is a franchisor. We support a system of independently-owned and operated businesses franchised by Synergistic International LLC d/b/a Glass Doctor®. The franchises are not owned by or under common ownership with us or any of our affiliates.

Limitation of Liability

While Glass Doctor® intends that the information, content, products, and functions available herein be as accurate and up-to-date as possible, Glass Doctor® does not guarantee or warrant the accuracy, adequacy, completeness, or reliability of the information, content, functions or products displayed, performed, downloaded or otherwise available herein. Nor does Glass Doctor® warrant that your access to the website will be uninterrupted or that the material accessible from this website is virus-free.

If you are interested in becoming a franchisee, we may ask you to provide us with different or additional information than is provided by a general user of our website. Termination of Service

Glass Doctor® disclaims all responsibility and liability for the availability, timeliness, security or reliability of the Services or any software provided through the Services. Glass Doctor® reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services or access to the Services without any notice at any time and without any liability to you.

Information Collected From Normal Browsing

With this goal in mind, we hope to bring a diverse range of perspectives and voices into this site. While we do not want to limit the spirit of civil disagreement, we will decline to publish unacceptable Content, including comments, and will remove unacceptable Content if we find it on the www.glassdoctor.com website.
