Terms of Use for the Glass Doctor® Web Site (the "Site")

These terms and conditions and all applicable laws, govern access to and use of the Site. Synergistic International® DBA Glass Doctor (the "Company") may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting.

Ownership and Use of Information; Trademarks

This Site, and all the materials contained on this Site, is owned by the Company. Such materials are for your personal informational purposes only, and may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, modified, transmitted or distributed in any way, except that you may download one copy of the materials on any single computer for your personal, non-commercial use only. Such copy must contain all trademark, copyright and other proprietary notices posted on this Site. Please note that any product, process or technology described in these materials may be the subject of other intellectual property rights reserved by the Company and is not licensed hereunder.

The NAGS® vehicle data and all related OEM and aftermarket information are provided under license from National Auto Glass Specifications. No part of this database may be reproduced without the written permission of NAGS. NAGS is a registered trademark owned by Mitchell International, Inc.

The following are trademarks or service marks of the Company: Glass Doctor®, We Fix Your Panes®, Harmon AutoGlass®, Portland Glass®, Cherrydale Glass®, SmarTech™, AutoSet®, Extender®. All other trademarks and service marks mentioned herein are the property of their respective owners.

Privacy

The Company collects two types of information on our Site. We collect "Personal Information", which generally speaking is information that can be used to identify you individually, such as your name and address. We also collect "Aggregate Information", which is information about use of our Site, such as pages visited on our Site. The information we collect depends on what services you use on our Site.

Personal Information

The Company will only collect personally identifiable information that you voluntarily submit through our Web Site or e-mail correspondence. Except as disclosed in this policy, we do not sell or disclose information that personally identifies or makes it possible for other parties to contact you directly without your consent. This Site is a general audience site that is not designed nor intended to collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13.
